For more than 50 years, the Catholic Men’s Movement has been committed to its development mission: creating opportunities for people in developing countries to live in freedom and dignity.
Our partners in Africa and Latin America include non-governmental self-help organizations, cooperatives, farmers’ associations, trade unions, grassroots groups, and community and church institutions.
These organizations understand the concerns and needs of the people through their own experience. This ensures that the benefits of our cooperation reach those who truly need them.
VIA e.V.
The VIA e.V. Association for International and Intercultural Exchange was founded in 1992. It is a non-profit, non-partisan, and non-denominational organization.
We organize opportunities in Germany and abroad, including volunteer service, short- and long-term internships, and host family placements.
We also train community leaders and multipliers, providing people with meaningful opportunities to engage in global citizenship and intercultural exchange.
Caritas Austria
The primary mission of Caritas Austria is to recognize human need and take action. It also advocates for those whose voices are not heard. This means respecting and protecting human life from beginning to end, while providing assistance to people in need, regardless of their origin, religion, or gender.
Caritas is made up of its dedicated staff and, above all, nearly 40,000 volunteers who generously serve through their daily lives and professional work.
Because the challenges people face vary from country to country, Caritas is part of the international Caritas network, providing humanitarian aid, development assistance, and emergency disaster relief. Today, more than 160 Caritas organizations around the world are working together in service of humanity.
Jugend eine Welt
Jugend Eine Welt is an independent Austrian non-governmental charitable organization dedicated to sustainable development cooperation and disaster relief, with a strong focus on the education and vocational training of disadvantaged children and young people around the world.
The organization is funded primarily through private donations, while some of its projects also receive support from public institutions.
Its work includes development projects, humanitarian emergency assistance, disaster recovery and reconstruction, international volunteer programs, and educational and advocacy initiatives in the field of international development.
Senior Experts Austria is a program of Jugend Eine Welt that provides international volunteer opportunities for experienced senior professionals.
Catholic Women's Movement of Austria
The Catholic Women’s Movement of Austria is a lay organization of the Catholic Church operating within the framework of Catholic Action.
The organization was officially founded on the Feast of the Ascension in 1947 at Maria Plain, near Salzburg. Its origins date back to the Catholic Women’s Organization, established in 1906.
MIVA Austria
MIVA Austria (Mission, Transport and Work) is a Catholic Church aid organization dedicated to providing transportation for young churches and development cooperation projects around the world.
Its mission is to supply essential means of transportation, including cars, four-wheel-drive vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, tractors, agricultural equipment, and, when needed, boats, small aircraft, or pack animals.
While Europe often experiences traffic congestion due to an abundance of vehicles, many people in the world’s poorest regions lack even the most basic means of transportation. Priests, religious sisters, development workers, and medical personnel all depend on reliable mobility to carry out their work.
MIVA’s guiding principle is simple: mobility can be shared. By sharing the resources available in Europe, MIVA helps provide transportation to those who need it most.
Rotary International
Rotary International was founded on February 23, 1905, by Paul Harris, a Chicago attorney, who envisioned an organization where professionals from diverse fields could exchange ideas, build lasting friendships, and serve their communities.
Within just sixteen years of its founding, Rotary clubs had been established on every continent. Today, Rotary members work around the world to address some of the most pressing global challenges. Their mission is to provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.

Adveniat
Adveniat is the Catholic Church’s aid organization in Germany dedicated to supporting the people of Latin America and the Caribbean. Its name comes from the second petition of the Lord’s Prayer in Latin: “Adveniat regnum tuum” (“Your Kingdom come”). This reflects the Christian belief in God’s promise of His Kingdom, brought into the world through Jesus Christ.
Adveniat is committed to helping build God’s Kingdom by serving those most in need—especially the poor, the marginalized, the sick, and those who suffer, as reflected in Matthew 22:1–10.
Across Latin America and the Caribbean, a large portion of the population continues to live in poverty. Even in countries that have experienced economic growth in recent years, the gap between a small wealthy minority and a growing number of people living in poverty continues to widen. Much of the population has not benefited from economic progress, and justice and equal opportunities—especially for the poor—remain significant challenges.
World Day of Prayer
In the second half of 1926, women in North America distributed a worship service to many countries and mission partners. The worldwide response was overwhelmingly enthusiastic. By early 1927, the call had been extended to establish a World Day of Prayer for Missions.
At the International Missionary Conference held in Jerusalem in 1928, women delegates from several countries agreed that worldwide participation would strengthen the bonds of unity among women. In 1930, Helen Kim of Korea became the first woman from outside the United States to prepare the World Day of Prayer worship service.

SENA
The National Training Service (SENA) is a public institution of the Government of Colombia with legal status, its own independent assets, and administrative autonomy. It operates under the Ministry of Labor of Colombia.
SENA provides free vocational education and training to millions of Colombians through technical, technological, and complementary programs. Club 0,7%
The 0.7% Club was founded by employees of the Austrian Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs to provide direct private assistance to developing countries.
The organization is committed to ensuring that all support reaches those in need without administrative or intermediary costs, maximizing the impact of every contribution.
Guillermo Piñeres Botanical Garden Foundation
The Guillermo Piñeres Botanical Garden Foundation (JBGP) is a non-profit organization founded in 1978.
Its mission is to promote research and education for the conservation of the ecosystems of the Colombian Caribbean, with a special focus on the Tropical Dry Forest.
The Cartagena Botanical Garden is home to a living collection of more than 300 plant species and maintains a herbarium containing over 14,000 specimens.
Since 2021, the Foundation has been officially recognized as a Science Center by Colombia’s Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.

The Children of Colombia Foundation is a non-profit organization with more than 10 years of experience working to build a brighter future for children.
